With an account, you can: save your vehicle information for faster bookings, view your booking history, track your appointments in real-time, receive exclusive offers and discounts, make online payments, and manage multiple vehicles easily.

Absolutely! We take your privacy and security seriously. All your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. Your payment information is processed through secure payment gateways and we never store your credit card details. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

Booking is simple! Log in to your account, click "Book Service" or "New Booking", select your vehicle from your saved vehicles (or enter vehicle type), choose from our available services or packages, select your preferred date and time, add any special instructions, review your booking details and total cost, then confirm your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details.

Yes! We accept same-day bookings subject to availability. However, we recommend booking at least a few hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available. During peak hours (weekends and holidays), advance booking is highly recommended. You can check real-time availability when making your booking.

You can book your car wash service up to 30 days in advance. This is perfect for planning ahead, especially during busy seasons or if you have a specific date in mind. Early booking also gives you the best choice of available time slots.

We understand plans change! You can reschedule your booking by logging into your account, going to "My Bookings", clicking on the booking you want to change, and selecting "Reschedule". Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule with less notice, please contact us directly.

You can cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To cancel, log in to your account, go to "My Bookings", select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking". If you've already paid, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Yes! After completing your booking, you'll instantly receive a confirmation email with all the details including: booking reference number, date and time, selected services, vehicle details, total amount, and location information. You can also view your booking anytime in the "My Bookings" section of your account. We'll also send you reminder notifications before your appointment.

We offer a comprehensive range of car wash and detailing services including: Exterior Wash (basic wash, premium wash), Interior Cleaning (vacuum, dashboard cleaning, upholstery cleaning), Full Detailing (complete interior and exterior detailing), Waxing & Polishing, Engine Cleaning, Headlight Restoration, and Specialized Services for different vehicle types. We also offer convenient package deals that combine multiple services at special prices.

Our packages are designed to give you better value when combining services. For example, our Basic Package includes exterior wash and interior vacuum. Our Premium Package includes exterior wash, waxing, interior cleaning, and dashboard detailing. Our Ultimate Package is our most comprehensive offering with everything included plus engine cleaning and headlight restoration. Packages are priced lower than booking individual services separately.

Our pricing varies based on the service and vehicle type. Generally, prices are higher for larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks) compared to sedans due to the extra time and materials required. You can view all our current prices on our website by clicking "Services & Pricing". When you create a booking, the exact price will be calculated automatically based on your vehicle type and selected services.

Yes, our pricing is based on vehicle size and type. We have different pricing tiers for: Sedans, SUVs, Trucks/Vans, and Motorcycles. Larger vehicles require more time, labor, and cleaning materials, which is reflected in the pricing. When you book, simply select your vehicle type and you'll see the exact price for your chosen service.

Yes! We regularly run special promotions and offer discounts to our registered customers. These include: first-time customer discounts, package deal savings, loyalty rewards for repeat customers, seasonal promotions, and referral bonuses. Service duration depends on what you book: Basic Exterior Wash: 20-30 minutes, Premium Wash with Wax: 45-60 minutes, Interior Cleaning: 30-45 minutes, Full Detailing: 2-3 hours, Complete Package: 3-4 hours. When you make a booking, the estimated duration is displayed so you can plan your time accordingly. We pride ourselves on punctuality and will have your vehicle ready on time.

After logging in, go to "My Vehicles" in your account menu and click "Add Vehicle". Enter your vehicle details including: Vehicle Type (Sedan, SUV, Truck, etc.), Brand/Make, Model, Number Plate/License Plate, and Color. You can add multiple vehicles to your account. Saved vehicles will appear as quick-select options when booking, making the process faster for future reservations.

Absolutely! You can register as many vehicles as you want in your account. This is especially convenient if you have a family with multiple cars or if you manage a fleet. Each vehicle can be saved with complete details, and you can easily select which one you want to book for when making a reservation.

Yes, you have full control over your vehicle information. Go to "My Vehicles", click on the vehicle you want to modify, and you can update any details like model, color, or number plate. You can also deactivate vehicles you no longer use. Note: Vehicle type cannot be changed after initial registration as it affects historical pricing - you would need to add it as a new vehicle.

Recording your number plate helps us: Quickly identify your vehicle when you arrive, maintain accurate service records for your specific vehicle, provide better tracking of your vehicle's maintenance history, and ensure the right vehicle is serviced. Your number plate information is kept confidential and secure.

We accept multiple convenient payment methods: M-Pesa (STK Push for instant payment), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Cash (pay at the location), and Bank Transfer. For online bookings, you can choose to pay online for faster checkout or select "Pay at Location" if you prefer to pay when you arrive. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

No, payment when booking is optional. You can choose to: Pay Online Now - secure your booking and enjoy a faster checkout experience, or Pay at Location - select this option and pay when you bring your vehicle for service. However, some promotional rates may require advance payment online. Your booking is confirmed either way once submitted.

Paying with M-Pesa is quick and easy! During checkout, select M-Pesa as your payment method. Enter your M-Pesa registered phone number. Click "Pay Now" and you'll receive an STK Push prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm. Payment is verified instantly and your booking is confirmed. You'll receive both an M-Pesa confirmation message and a booking confirmation email.

Yes! You'll receive a detailed invoice for every service. Invoices are sent via email and are also available in your account under "My Bookings". Each invoice includes: Invoice number, Service date, Itemized list of services, Price breakdown, Tax information, Payment status, and Total amount paid. You can download and print invoices anytime for your records.

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and have already paid, you'll receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For M-Pesa payments, refunds go back to the same phone number. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, refunds may not be available. In case of any service issues, please contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve it fairly.

Our location details are provided in your booking confirmation email and are also visible on our "Contact Us" page. We are conveniently located with easy access and ample parking. When you arrive, simply check in at our reception with your booking reference number or registered number plate, and our team will assist you.

We understand that delays happen! Please contact us as soon as you know you'll be late. If you're running less than 15 minutes late, we can usually still accommodate you. For longer delays, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on our current schedule. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time for a smooth check-in process.

Absolutely! We have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments, and entertainment. You're welcome to relax while we take care of your vehicle. For longer services like full detailing, some customers prefer to leave their vehicle with us and return later - that's perfectly fine too! We'll notify you when your vehicle is ready.
